Exactly the same with iOs emulator paired with Visual Studio on my Mac using Xamarin.iOs Build Host. I go to the settings and no trace of Bluetooth to be turned on. Of course no devices can be found cuz I can tell Bluetooth on the emulated Android is not ON. HOWEVER, running the same steps using an emulator (loaded using Xamarin Android Player) and NOT using my phone by tethering, I get into the app. and right, that's what emulators are there for.) (haven't tested the same steps on iOs since I don't own an apple device. ![]() So, Settings>Bluetooth>ON and I am sorted. I forgot to turn the Bluetooth on, on my PHONE. If phone doesn't find any and I am sure there are multiple Bluetooth devices active and discoverable around, I go Ahhhh. App get's installed, I press scan, and Voila! All the available devices found and listed.
